How was your summer? September always comes too soon and it's already time to get the kids ready for school. My twins are heading into their sophomore year and my little guy starts middle school, so it's going to be another busy and exciting year in my house.

I hate to rush into sweaters and boots but there is something thrilling about a new season. An easy way to transition into fall style is pairing summer dresses with booties and by bringing out transitional jackets, like my favorite leather moto.

If you're looking for help with your fall/winter wardrobe, get in touch. I'm currently booking appointments for the upcoming season and I'd love to make shopping easier for you as your work schedule ramps up.

All the best to you and your kids as you send them off for another school year!

5 Favorite Things

1. WSJ Subscription

My love of paper in 2018 continues with home delivery of The Wall Street Journal. A new daily ritual that's good for the mind and soul!

2. Hunter Chelsea Rain Boots

I think it's time to replace my tall Hunter rain boots and this Chelsea-style version looks perfect. With my petite legs, the tall boots feel heavy and overwhelming so the lower style should be much more comfortable.

3. Vans Hi Tops

Over the summer, I spent two weeks in NYC while my daughter took classes at Parsons and these Vans hi tops were everywhere! I'm planning to get a pair for her.

4. Guerlin BB Cream

Ever since I entered my mid-40s, I am constantly looking for the perfect lightweight foundation. This is the one I'm currently testing out.

5. Kendra Donavan Series

Murder mystery. Time travel. Trilogy. A fun read that my daughter and I both enjoyed tremendously this summer.
