SPRING TRENDS PREVIEW FOR THE BUSY WOMAN
Who's ready to talk spring style trends? I am! To keep things simple, I'd like to share 3 trends that will be big next season.
I recently wrote a blog post for The Stir called "What to Wear for Moms' Night Out" where I feature 3 of spring's hot trends. You can see the full post here.
Big this spring will be:
Culottes
Off the Shoulder Tops
Lace up Gladiator Sandal
Are you ready to dive in? Which one of these stylish pieces will you be wearing?
Culottes have been on my wish list for a few seasons but being petite at 5' 1" made me feel a bit uneasy about the style. With looking forward to spring and wanting to try something new, I think I'm finally ready to dive in and give it a try. The key for me is tailoring to be sure the fit is the right proportion for my body. I'll wear the culottes just like I'd wear a long skirt.
For the "What to Wear for Moms' Night Out" post, I created 2 outfits that incorporate all 3 of these hot looks - one splurge worthy option and a budget friendly version:
